Italian beef and zucchini dinner

Ingredients:
4 Cube steaks, lean
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 tspBasil, dried
1/4 tspPepper
1 1/2 tspOlive oil
2 smallZucchini, thinly sliced
6 Cherry tomatoes, halved
1 1/2 tspParmesean cheese, grated
Procedures:
1Preparation time: 20 minutes combine garlic, basil and pepper; divide mixture in half.
2Press half of seasoning mixture evenly into both sices of beef steaks; reserve.
3Heat oil and remaining seasoning mixture in large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
4Add zucchini; cook an stir 3 minutes.
5Add tomatoes; cook and stir 1 minute.
6Remove vegetables to a platter; sprinkle with cheese and keep warm.
7Increase heat to medium high.
8Place 2 steaks in same skillet; cook 3 to 4 minutes, turning once.
9Repeat with remaining 2 steaks.
10Season steaks with salt if desired.
11Serve with warm vegetables.
