| | Cube steaks, lean | | 2
| | Garlic cloves, crushed | | 1/2
| tsp | Basil, dried | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Olive oil | | 2
| small | Zucchini, thinly sliced | | 6
| | Cherry tomatoes, halved | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Parmesean cheese, grated |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preparation time: 20 minutes combine garlic, basil and pepper; divide mixture in half. | | 2 | Press half of seasoning mixture evenly into both sices of beef steaks; reserve. | | 3 | Heat oil and remaining seasoning mixture in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. | | 4 | Add zucchini; cook an stir 3 minutes. | | 5 | Add tomatoes; cook and stir 1 minute. | | 6 | Remove vegetables to a platter; sprinkle with cheese and keep warm. | | 7 | Increase heat to medium high. | | 8 | Place 2 steaks in same skillet; cook 3 to 4 minutes, turning once. | | 9 | Repeat with remaining 2 steaks. | | 10 | Season steaks with salt if desired. | | 11 | Serve with warm vegetables. |
