Malaysian Fried Flat Noodles (Kway Teow)

Ingredients:
1/2 cupcooking
8 prawns, peeled
2 cupsshredded chicken breast
1 tbspchili-garlic paste (lee kum kee or any bottled brand)
3 tbspwater
500 gramsflat-rice flour noodles
200 gramsbeansprouts
2 eggs, beaten
6 tbsplight soy sauce
Procedures:
1In a wok or heated pan, saute chopped garlic, shredded chicken breast and prawns.
2Cook for 5 minutes, then add chili paste and water. Cook for 3 minutes more.
3Add noodles, beansprouts and beaten egg. Cook for 1 minute.
4Add soy sauce and stir fry until noodles are cooked.
5Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
