Ingredients:

| cup | chopped apples | | 2
| tbsp | lemon juice | | 1
| cup | walnuts, chopped | | 3/4
| cup | brown sugar | | 1/2
| cup | honey | | | Topping: | | 4
| tbsp | butter, softened | | 3
| tbsp | flour, all-purpose | | 3
| tbsp | chopped walnuts | | 3
| tbsp | brown sugar |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven at 375°F for about 8 minutes. | | 2 | Toss chopped apples with lemon juice. | | 3 | Mix together walnuts, brown sugar and a dash of cinnamon powder or nutmeg (optional). | | 4 | Place apples inthe prepared shell. | | 5 | Pour honey evenly over all filling. Cover with aluminum foil. | | 6 | Bake at 375°F for about 35 minutes. | | 7 | For the topping, mix together chopped walnuts, brown sugar, flour and butter. | | 8 | Remove the pie from the oven and top with the topping mix. | | 9 | Bake another 10-15 minutes or until apples are soft and topping is light brown. | | 10 | . Serve with vanilla ice cream. |
