French Pork Stew with Oranges

Ingredients:
600 gramspork cubes (sliced for stews)
Marinade:
1 carrot, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 onions, sliced thinly
1 cupred wine
1 cupwater
1 laurel leaf
2 cloves
1 tbspflour
Salt, pepper, and paprika
1 tbspcooking butter
3 oranges, peeled and cut into slices
Procedures:
1Mix all the ingredients of the marinade together.
2Marinate pork overnight in refrigerator.
3Remove pork from marinade and coat with flour.
4Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
5Panfry in butter, then add marinade. Simmer for about 1 hour.
6Add to the pork stew, cook for about 1-2 minutes.
7Garnish with some parsley sprigs (optional).
