Ingredients:
| | Meatball: | | 1
| lbs | hamburger patties, crushed | | 1
| | egg | | 1/4
| cup | onion, chopped | | 1/4
| cup | breadcrumbs, dry | | 1
| tsp | italian seasoning | | 1
| tbsp | chopped dill (fresh or dried) | | | Sauce: | | 1
| cup | milk | | 2
| tbsp | butter, melted | | 2
| tbsp | flour |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine all meatball ingredients in medium bowl. Mix well. | | 2 | Shape mixture into 20 meatballs and place in a casserole. | | 3 | In a microwave oven, cook at high (100%) 5-8 minutes, until half-cooked. | | 4 | In a deep pan, deep fry the meatballs in high heat until crispy. | | 5 | In a small bowl, mix butter and flour. Add salt and pepper to season. | | 6 | Blend in milk. | | 7 | Transfer to a sauce pan and simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes. | | 8 | Arrange meatballs on serving plate and serve with sauce on the side. |
