Meatball with Herbs and Cream Sauce

Ingredients:
Meatball:
1 lbshamburger patties, crushed
1 egg
1/4 cuponion, chopped
1/4 cupbreadcrumbs, dry
1 tspitalian seasoning
1 tbspchopped dill (fresh or dried)
Sauce:
1 cupmilk
2 tbspbutter, melted
2 tbspflour
Procedures:
1Combine all meatball ingredients in medium bowl. Mix well.
2Shape mixture into 20 meatballs and place in a casserole.
3In a microwave oven, cook at high (100%) 5-8 minutes, until half-cooked.
4In a deep pan, deep fry the meatballs in high heat until crispy.
5In a small bowl, mix butter and flour. Add salt and pepper to season.
6Blend in milk.
7Transfer to a sauce pan and simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
8Arrange meatballs on serving plate and serve with sauce on the side.
