Lemon Cream Pie

Ingredients:
1/4 cupfresh lemon juice
1 tspinstant (powdered) gelatin
1/2 cupcold water
1 8-inch baked pie shell
1 1/2 cupsweetened whipped cream
Procedures:
1In a large bowl, combine lemon juice and whipped cream.
2Add instant gelatin in cold water, stir well. Heat at high for 45 seconds in the microwarve, until gelatin is dissolved. Add to the whipped cream mixture, mix well.
3Pour whipped cream mixture into the baked pie shell.
4Refrigerate overnight.
5Garnish with sliced fruits if desired.
