Zucchini and Carrot Salad

Ingredients:
4 large carrots
4 large zucchinis
3 tbspchopped spring onions
2 dash salt and pepper
2 dash curry powder
2 tspvinegar
2 tbspolive oil
1 tspsesame oil
1/4 lbsSwiss cheese (Emmental or Gruyere)
2 tbspSesame seeds
Procedures:
1Wash the Zucchini and carrots.
2Peel and cut lengthwise into paper-thin sheets.
3In a separate bowl, mix together the chopped spring, onions, salt, pepper, curry, powder, vinegar, olive oil and sesame oil to make the dressing.
4Slice the cheese into paper-thin sheets.
5In serving plates, arrange sliced cheese, zucchini and carrots.
6Sprinkle sauce on top and garnish by sprinkling toasted sesame seeds.
