Peasant's Cheese Pie

Ingredients:
1 prepared pie crust(9 inch)
3/4 lbsgrated cheese
1/4 cupgreen peas
1/4 cupcarrots, cut into small cubes
1/3 cupham, cut into small cubes
3/4 cupcream
2 large eggs
1 tbsppot wine (optional)
Procedures:
1Place the prepared pie crust in a buttered baking dish.
2Add the grated cheese, green peas, carrots, cubed ham.
3In a Separate bowl, mix the cream, eggs and port wine, pour into the pie crust.
4In a pre-heated oven (400 f), bake for 30-40 minutes.
5Serve hot with salad on the side.
