Ingredients:

| | prepared pie crust(9 inch) | | 3/4
| lbs | grated cheese | | 1/4
| cup | green peas | | 1/4
| cup | carrots, cut into small cubes | | 1/3
| cup | ham, cut into small cubes | | 3/4
| cup | cream | | 2
| | large eggs | | 1
| tbsp | pot wine (optional) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place the prepared pie crust in a buttered baking dish. | | 2 | Add the grated cheese, green peas, carrots, cubed ham. | | 3 | In a Separate bowl, mix the cream, eggs and port wine, pour into the pie crust. | | 4 | In a pre-heated oven (400 f), bake for 30-40 minutes. | | 5 | Serve hot with salad on the side. |
