Quick Spaghetti and Meatballs

Ingredients:
1 lbsspaghetti
1 lbsground beef
1/3 cupParmesan cheese
1/2 cupbread crumbs
1 large egg
2 tbspmilk
1 tbspchopped garlic
1 tspchopped parsley
1 tbspolive oil
1/2 cupchopped onions
1/2 cupchopped tomato
3 cupbottled pasta sauce
Procedures:
1Cook spaghetti in boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2In a large bowl, combine beef, cheese, bread crumbs, egg, milk, chopped garlic and parsley.
3Form small balls and panfry in a heated skillet until golden brown. Set aside.
4In a medium sized pot, saute onions in olive oil for 2-3 minutes.
5Add chopped tomatoes and saute for 2 minutes more.
6Add the pasta sauce and bring to a quick boil.
7Add meatballs and mix well. Remove from heat.
8Arrange spaghetti in serving plates. Top with meatballs and sauce.
9Serve with parmesan cheese on the side if desired.
