Beefy Tacos

Ingredients:
12 taco shells, toasted
1 lbsground beef
1/4 cuponion, chopped
1 cuptomato sauce
2 tspchili powder
1 cuptomato, chopped
1 cuplettuce, shredded
1/2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
Procedures:
1Brown ground beef and onion in a frying pan, drain off excess fat.
2Stir in tomato sauce and chilli powder, cook for about 3-4 minutes.
3Simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes uncovered, stirring occasionally, until mixture is crumbly.
4Fill toasted taco shells with approximately 2 tablespoons meat mixture.
5Mix chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and cheese.
6Spoon about 2 tablesppoons over beef in taco shells.
7Serve with guacamole, salsa or taco sauce if desired.
