Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:
2 lbspotatoes
2 tspchopped garlic
1 cupmilk
1 lbsgruyere cheese, grated
4 tbspbutter, softened
1/2 cupfresh cream
xsalt and pepper (for seasoning)
Procedures:
1In a large pot, cook the potatoes in boiling water for about 30 minutes.
2Peel the potatoes, then transfer to a food processor. Add milk, then puree at a low speed.
3Add the butter, cream, chopped garlic and grated cheese, then puree until well mixed.
4Transfer to a large pot and cook over medium heat for 4-7 minutes, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
5Serve the puree in soup bowls. This goes well with fried chicken.
