Grilled Andouillettes *Bistrot*

Ingredients:
8 eachandouillettes
1 cupwhite wine
Procedures:
1Using a fork, punch holes in the sausages. Transfer to a 2-inch deep baking dish.
2In a small saucepan, bring white wine to a boil, then light it up to make a flambe.
3Pour the flaming wine over the sausages, then leave it immersed in the wine for about 30 minutes.
4Cook the Andouillettes over a hot charcoal grill or cast iron skillet - about 5-7 minutes.
5Serve straight off the grill with potato chips, mustard, and white wine.
