Champagne Sundae Royale

Ingredients:
1 xquart of vanilla ice cream
1 smallbunch of seedless grapes, peeled
4 tspconfectioner's sugar
1 cupchampagne
3/4 cupwater
Procedures:
1In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add the confectioner's sugar, then simmer of about 5 minutes. Add the champagne and grapes.
2Simmer for about 20-30 minutes, until a light syrup is obtained. Remove from heat, then let it cool for about 1 hour.
3Put 4 small scops of ice cream in serving cups. Add a portion of syrup and some grapes.
4Serve immediately.
