French Ham and Cheese Toast with Egg

Ingredients:
4 xtoasted bread slices
4 xcooked ham slices (thick)
4 sliceswiss cheese
1 cupgrated cheese (gruyere or mozarella)
1 tbspbutter
xpepper, for seasoning
4 tspbutter
4 largeeggs
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 400 F.
2Spread butter on half of the bread slices. Place a slice of ham and swiss cheese on top.
3On the other half of the bread slices, sprinkle grated cheese and top with a dash of ground black pepper.
4Place all bread slices on a baking tray, then bake in the oven using top heat, until the cheese is bubbly (about 2-3 minutes).
5Place the bread slice with grated cheese on the ham and cheese toast to make a sandwich.
6Panfry eggs in butter - sunny side up. Season the egg with salt and pepper, then carefully place on top of the cheese toast as shown in the picture.
7Arrange on serving plates.
