Ingredients:
5 lbsCourse ground pork butt
1 tbspSalt
1 tbspCourse black pepper
5 Cloves pressed garlic
1 tspFennel seeds
1 tspAnise seed
1 cupCold water
Procedures:
1Add 1 tbsp. crushed hot pepper for hotter style sausage.
2Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing or make patties
