Cheeseburger and Onions Toast

Ingredients:
8 slicewhite bread
1 lbsground beef
3 xonions, peeled
4 sliceswiss cheese
1/2 cupgrated mozarella cheese
xsalt, pepper and cooking oil
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 400 F.
2Cut some rings out of the onions (saute for garnishing), then finely chop the rest of the onions.
3Mix the onions with the ground beef. Season with some salt and pepper, then divide into four square-shaped patties.
4Panfry the beef patties in cooking oil, about 4-5 minutes per side.
5On half of the bread slices, sprinkle grated cheese and top with a dash of ground black pepper.
6Place all bread slices on a baking tray, then bake in the oven using top heat, until the cheese is bubbly (about 2-3 minutes).
7Arrange the burgers on half of the bread slices (w/o the cheese), then place a slice of Swiss cheese on the burger. Cover with the other half of the bread slice to make a sandwich.
8Top with sauteed onion rings.
