Ingredients:
| 1/2
| lbs | sifted flour | | 1/4
| tsp | salt | | 2
| tbsp | melted butter | | 3
| x | eggs | | 2
| cup | milk | | 2
| tbsp | sugar | | 1/2
| tsp | vanilla extract | | 4
| tbsp | honey | | 1/4
| lbs | finely chopped walnuts |

Procedures:
| 1 | Put the sifted flour in a large bowl and make a well at the center. | | 2 | Place the eggs on the center, then beat and mix with the flour. Slowly add the milk, little by little - mix very well. | | 3 | Add the butter, salt, vanilla and sugar - mix very well. After this, you will have a thin batter. Set aside. | | 4 | Mix the honey with the chopped walnuts. | | 5 | Cook the crepes like pancakes in a flat non-stick pan. Use a ladle to scoop the batter into the pan, about 1/4 cup portions at a time. | | 6 | Allow each crepe to cook for about 1-2 minutes on one side, then use a non-stick spatula to flip the crepe. | | 7 | Spread a thin layer of the honey walnut mixture on 1/2 of the crepe, then fold in half as you would for an omelette. Fold one more time to make a quarter. | | 8 | Arrange the crepes on serving plates, then garnish with walnuts and serve with additional honey on the side. |
