Fried Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients:
4 largechicken breast fillet
4 xcooked ham slices
4 xmozarella cheese slices
salt and pepper
1 tbspflour
1 largeegg, beaten
3 tbspbread crumbs
cooking oil
1 lemon
parsley
Procedures:
1Make an incision in the chicken and fill with sliced ham and cheese.
2Close well, then season with salt and pepper.
3Dip chicken in flour, then in beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
4Pan-fry in cooking oil until golden brown on both sides.
5Cut lemon into thin slices.
6Arrange chicken breasts in serving plates and garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
