Fish Fillet Sandwich with White Sauce

Ingredients:
4 slicewhite bread
2 tspbutter
1/4 cupflour
3/4 cupmilk
2 slicefillet of trout or any white fish
1/2 cupgrated mozarella or gruyere cheese
2 tspmargarine
xsalt, pepper and paprika
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 400 F.
2Spread margarine on half of the bread slices.
3On the other half of the bread slices, sprinkle grated cheese and top with a dash of ground black pepper.
4Place all bread slices on a baking tray, then bake in the oven using top heat, until the cheese is bubbly (about 2-3 minutes).
5Poach fish in salted water, cook for about 5-6 minutes.
6Make a white sauce by melting the butter in a small sauce pan over medium heat.
7Add the flour, then mix and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
8Pour in the milk, the mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Let the sauce cook over low heat until it thickens.
9Add the poached fish fillets to the white sauce and let it cook for about 2 minutes.
10Place fish fillets and some white sauce on the toasted bread slices with margarine. Sprinkle with paprika, then top with the toasted bread with melted cheese to make a sandwich.
