Ingredients:

| tbsp | water | | 1/2
| cup | flour | | 1/2
| cup | bread crumbs | | 2
| large | eggs, beaten | | 2
| tbsp | parsley, chopped | | 1/4
| lbs | butter |

Procedures:
| 1 | Slice chicken in the middle to open up. | | 2 | Cut butter into quarters and lay a piece of butter in the center of each chicken piece. | | 3 | Add some chopped parlsey at the center. | | 4 | Roll each up into a log and secure at the end with a toothpick. | | 5 | Mix eggs and water. | | 6 | Roll each log in flour, then dip in egg and cover with bread crumbs. | | 7 | Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. | | 8 | Deep fry until brown, then bake at 375 °F for 5 minutes. | | 9 | Serve with fresh green salad and baked potatoes. |
