| cup | rum | | 2
| tbsp | butter | | 8
| tbsp | whipped cream | | x | cookies - any kind |

Procedures:
| 1 | Peel bananas and slice lengthwise. | | 2 | Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add bananas and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until just slightly browned. Transfer bananas to serving plates. | | 3 | In a small saucepan, bring rum to a quick boil.
