Ingredients:
2 largefresh lobsters
1/2 cupbutter - softened
2 tbsplemon juice
1/4 cupfinely chopped herbs (chives, tarragon, dill)
xsalt and cayenne pepper
Procedures:
1Plunge the lobsters in a large pot of boiling salted water or court bouillon. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the lobster's color has turned bright red / pink.
2Remove from the pot, then use a large knife to cut through the lobster to divide it into 2 parts.
3Cook the lobsters over a hot charcoal grill - meat on the grill - for about 7 - 10 minutes.
4Mix together the lemon juice, chopped herbs of your choice, and butter.
5Turn the lobster over and grill the backside (shell) for about 3 minutes. Brush with the herb-butter mixture. Season with some salt and cayenne pepper, then turn over and grill the meat again for about 2 minutes.
6Serve with grilled corn and additional herb butter.
