Beef Stew with Chick Peas

Ingredients:
3 lbsbeef for stewing - cut in 2-inch cubes
1 tbspflour
2 tbspcooking oil
2 largeonions, peeled and quartered
2 tbspbutter
xsalt and pepper for seasoning
1 tspsaffron
1 xbouquet garni
1 canchick-peas, drained
Procedures:
1You'll need a pressure cooker for this recipe...
2Coat the beef cubes with flour. Heat cooking oil in the pressure cooker, then saute the beef cubes in high heat to sear. Remove the beef from the pot.
3Melt the butter in the pot, then add the quartered onions and saute for 2-3 minutes.
4Return the beef cubes, along with salt, pepper, saffron, and bouquet garni. Cover the meat with water, then put on the cover and pressure cook for 30 minutes.
5Remove the cover, then add the chick peas. Mix and then cover and pressure cook for another 5 minutes.
6To serve, arrange chickpeas at the bottom of a serving dish, then top with beef cubes.
