Ingredients:

| cup | cooked steamed rice - cooled | | 3/4
| lbs | paper-thin sliced beef | | 1
| large | green bell pepper | | 1
| large | red bell pepper | | 1
| large | onion, peeled and sliced to rings | | 1
| tsp | chopped parsley | | 3/4
| cup | black olives | | 1
| small | melon, sliced | | 7
| tbsp | vegetable oil | | 2
| tbsp | vinegar | | 4
| x | pinch of saffron | | x | salt and pepper to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | For the dressing: mix together the vinegar, oil, saffron. Season with salt and pepper.
