Ingredients:
| 1/2
| cup | cooked ham, diced | | 1
| cup | button mushrooms, sliced | | 1
| cup | cooked cocktail shrimp | | 1
| tbsp | soy sauce | | 6
| large | eggs, beaten | | x | salt and pepper to taste | | 1
| tbsp | cooking oil for frying |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a bowl, combine the sliced mushrooms, ham and shrimp. Toss in soy sauce. | | 2 | Season the eggs with some salt and pepper. | | 3 | Heat oil in a large non-stick pan. Pour in the eggs and let the bottom fry in the pan. | | 4 | Add the mushrooms, shrimp and ham on top, then use a spatula to fold the egg over to form the omelette. | | 5 | Flip and let the other side cook until slightly browned. | | 6 | Transfer to a serving plate. Serve hot. |
