Easy Chinese Shrimp Omelette

Ingredients:
1/2 cupcooked ham, diced
1 cupbutton mushrooms, sliced
1 cupcooked cocktail shrimp
1 tbspsoy sauce
6 largeeggs, beaten
xsalt and pepper to taste
1 tbspcooking oil for frying
Procedures:
1In a bowl, combine the sliced mushrooms, ham and shrimp. Toss in soy sauce.
2Season the eggs with some salt and pepper.
3Heat oil in a large non-stick pan. Pour in the eggs and let the bottom fry in the pan.
4Add the mushrooms, shrimp and ham on top, then use a spatula to fold the egg over to form the omelette.
5Flip and let the other side cook until slightly browned.
6Transfer to a serving plate. Serve hot.
