Minced Lamb and Mint Balls

Ingredients:
1 lbsground lamb
1 largeegg, beaten
1 tbspflour
3 eachgarlic cloves, minced
1/4 tspcumin powder
1/4 cupchopped mint leaf
xsalt and pepper for seasoning
xflour for frying
Procedures:
1In a large bowl, mix together the ground lamb meat, egg, flour, garlic, cumin, and mint leaves.
2Season with salt and pepper, then mix well.
3Form into balls, then roll in flour and deep fry until golden brown.
4Serve with biryani rice.
