Ingredients:

| large | eggs, hardboiled and shelled | | 1
| x | pack of unflavored gelatin | | 1
| cup | rose or port wine | | 1
| large | slice of ham, cut into small bits | | 2
| tbsp | sliced green olives | | x | fresh taragon | | x | salt and pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Prepare the gelatine as per package directions (dissolve in half cup of cold water, then microwave at high for 40 seconds). Let it cool for 10 minutes. Add the wine. | | 2 | Place the olives, whole egg, bits of ham, and some fresh tarragon in small cups. | | 3 | Pour in the wine-gelatin mixture, then refrigerate overnight. | | 4 | Garnish with lettuce and serve as appetizer with salt and pepper on the side. |
