Sauteed Spinach with Shrimp Paste

Ingredients:
2/5 lbsspinach, washed
2/5 largeonion, peeled
4/5 tbspshrimp paste (bagoong or nam-pla)
4/5 tbspolive oil
Procedures:
1Slice onions into rings.
2Heat oil in a large, non-stick pan. Saute the onion rings until it becomes translucent. Remove the onion rings and add the shrimp paste.
3Saute for about a minute, then add the spinach. Stir-fry over high heat for 2 - 3 minutes.
4Transfer to a serving plate, then top with sauteed onion rings.
