Ingredients:
| 1 2/3
| large | fish steaks (coley, cod, trout, etc) | | 1 2/3
| large | button mushrooms | | 1 1/4
| tbsp | butter | | | flour, salt and pepper | | 2/5
| x | lemon | | 2/5
| tsp | chopped parsley |

Procedures:
| 1 | Wash the fish steaks and dry using paper towels. | | 2 | Season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour. | | 3 | Pan-fry fish steaks in butter for about 5 minutes on each side, until cooked. | | 4 | In the meantime, cut the mushrooms until finely chopped. | | 5 | Remove the fish steaks from the pan and replace with the chopped mushrooms. Saute for 2 minutes, then add parsley, season with salt and pepper. | | 6 | Arrange fish steaks in serving plates. Serve with sauteed mushrooms and lemon slices. |
