| tbsp | cooking oil | | 2
| tsp | lemon juice | | x | salt and pepper | | 2
| tbsp | butter | | 1/2
| tsp | chopped parsley |

Procedures:
| 1 | Lemon Butter *Maitre D'Hotel*: Mix butter with half of the lemon juice, chopped parsley, then season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate. | | 2 | Season salmon steaks with the other half of the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Brush with cooking oil, then grill over high heat until cooked. | | 3 | Arrange in serving plates, then serve with the Maitre D'Hotel butter on the side. | | 4 | Garnish with lemon wedges, if desired. |
