Ingredients:
2 1/2 tbspSalt
1 cupIce cold water
1/2 tbspFennel seeds
1 tspBlack pepper
1/2 tbspSugar
1 1/2 tspCrushed dried hot peppers
1/2 tspCaraway seeds
1/2 tbspCoriander seeds
5 lbsPork meat (not too lean)
Procedures:
1Ground the pork meat.
2Combine all the spices, using a coffee grinder to crush the seeds.
3Mix all ingrendients.
4Put into small hog casing.
