Fried Rice a la Basque

Ingredients:
4 cupssteamed white rice (California)
2 largetomatoes
2 largeonions
2 largegreen bell pepper
2 tspchopped garlic
2 tbspbutter
2 tbspcooking oil
2 tsppaprika
xsalt and pepper
Procedures:
1Cut tomatoes into quarters, then remove seeds.
2Cut onions into thin rings, the green pepper into thin strips (julienne).
3Saute tomatoes, onions, green pepper strips and garlic in butter and cooking oil. Add paprika and cook until crisp-tender.
4Add cooked white rice and stir fry for about 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5Serve with Chorizo (Spanish sausages) or spicy sausages.
