Ingredients:
| 4
| cups | steamed white rice (California) | | 2
| large | tomatoes | | 2
| large | onions | | 2
| large | green bell pepper | | 2
| tsp | chopped garlic | | 2
| tbsp | butter | | 2
| tbsp | cooking oil | | 2
| tsp | paprika | | x | salt and pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cut tomatoes into quarters, then remove seeds. | | 2 | Cut onions into thin rings, the green pepper into thin strips (julienne). | | 3 | Saute tomatoes, onions, green pepper strips and garlic in butter and cooking oil. Add paprika and cook until crisp-tender. | | 4 | Add cooked white rice and stir fry for about 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. | | 5 | Serve with Chorizo (Spanish sausages) or spicy sausages. |
