Ingredients:
10 xegg yolks
2 xegg
4 tbspsugar
2 cupmarsala wine
Procedures:
1Place the egg, egg yolks and sugar in a double boiler. Beat vigorously over medium heat until the mixture becomes light and creamy.
2Add the marsala wine, little by little, while constantly beating - until the mixture becomes thick.
3Transfer to small serving cups, serve with biscuits on the side.
