Ingredients:
5 lbsCoarse Ground Pork Butt
1 1/3 tbspSalt
1 1/3 tbspGround Coriander
1/2 tbspCoarse Ground Black
5 Cloves pressed garlic
2 tbspPaprika
1 cupCold water
Procedures:
1Pper add 2 tsp crushed red peppers for hot sausage.
2Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing or make patties
