Duck and Orange Kebabs

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsduck breast
2 medoranges
2 tbsplemon juice
2 xcloves
1/4 cupsoy sauce
1/4 cuphoney
Procedures:
1Cut duck breast to make 1-inch cubes.
2In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, lemon juice and cloves. Add duck cubes and marinate for about 1-2 hours.
3Peel oranges, then cut or separate them according to their sections.
4Arrange the duck pieces and orange sections on a skewer, in alternating order.
5Cook over a charcoal grill for 10-15 minutes.
6Add honey to the left over marinade, then brush over the kebabs while grilling. Make sure all sides are evenly cooked.
