Ingredients:

| lbs | duck breast | | 2
| med | oranges | | 2
| tbsp | lemon juice | | 2
| x | cloves | | 1/4
| cup | soy sauce | | 1/4
| cup | honey |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cut duck breast to make 1-inch cubes. | | 2 | In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, lemon juice and cloves. Add duck cubes and marinate for about 1-2 hours. | | 3 | Peel oranges, then cut or separate them according to their sections. | | 4 | Arrange the duck pieces and orange sections on a skewer, in alternating order. | | 5 | Cook over a charcoal grill for 10-15 minutes. | | 6 | Add honey to the left over marinade, then brush over the kebabs while grilling. Make sure all sides are evenly cooked. |
