Ingredients:
FROM DIANE HICKS
4 Thick pork chops or roast
1/2 cupPlain croutons, slightly
-crushed
1/2 cupPesto sauce
1/4 cupChopped sundried tomatoes
Procedures:
1Mix croutons, pesto sauce, and tomatoes.
2Stuff pork chops or pork roast.
3Bake, uncovered, at 325f-350f for about 1 hour, or until brown.
4Cover tightly with foil, and continue baking until done.
