Ingredients:
1 lbsGround beef, lean
3/4 cupOnion, chopped
1 26 oz. jar pasta sauce
1 1/2 cupWater
1 canWhole tomatoes, undrained>>>
Broken up.
1 canSliced mushrooms, drained
1/3 cupPepperoni, sliced (2 oz)
1 tbspBeef bouillon, granulated OR
3 Bouillon cubes
1 tbspChili powder
2 tspSugar
Procedures:
1In large kettle or dutch oven, brown meat with onion; pour off fat.
2Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
3Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 30 min., stirring occasionally.
4Garnish as desired.
