| tsp | Powdered Sugar | | 1
| | Orange (spiral of) | | 1
| | Lemon (twist of peel of) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Stir powdered sugar and 2 oz. carbonated water in a collins glass. | | 2 | Fill glass with ice and add gin. | | 3 | Fill with carbonated water and stir. | | 4 | Add the lemon peel and the orange spiral so that the end of the orange spiral dangles over rim of glass. | | 5 | Serve in: Collins Glass |
