| oz | Scotch | | | Carbonated Water | | 1/2
| tsp | Powdered Sugar | | 1
| | Orange (spiral of) | | 1
| | Lemon (twist of peel of) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Dissolve powdered sugar in 2 oz. carbonated water in a collins glass. | | 2 | Add scotch and several ice cubes and stir. | | 3 | Fill with carbonated water and stir again. | | 4 | Add lemon peel and the orange spiral so that the end dangles over rim of glass. | | 5 | Serve in: Collins Glass |
