1 cupUnsweetened coconut milk
2 cupRegular milk
1 cupHeavy cream
1/3 cupSugar
1 tspGround cinamon
1 tspGround clove
1 tspNutmeg
1 lbsBoar or other sausage, grill
Done, cool, slice
2/3 cupDry roasted salted peanuts

Procedures:
1In a processor, process yams with coconut milk until smooth.
2Continue to process, adding milk in a stream.
3Place contents in a heavy sauce pan.
4Warm puree over medium low heat stirring frequently.
5When hot, stir in cream and sugar and season with spices.
6Serve hot.
7After ladling into soup dishes, arrange sliced sausages as croutons and sprinkle with peanuts
