Ingredients:
1 Baked pastry shell
4 ozUnsweetened baking chocolate
14 ozSweetened CONDENSED milk
1 tspAlmond extract
1 1/2 cupWhipping cream, whipped
21 ozCan cherry pie filling
Toasted almonds (optional)

2In a heavy saucepan, over medium-low heat, melt chocolate with sweetened condensed milk.
3Remove from heat; stir in extract.
4Pour into large bowl; cool or chill thouroghly.
5Beat until smooth.
6Fold in whipped cream.
7Pour into prepared pastry shell.
8Chill 4 hours or until set.
9Serve with pie filling.
10Garnish with almonds if desired.
