| tbsp | Soy sauce | | 2/3
| cup | Canned crushed tomatoes | | 5
| oz | Onions, chopped | | 1 1/2
| oz | Green onions, chopped | | 1
| oz | Banana peppers, chopped | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Garlic, minced | | 2 1/2
| tsp | Black pepper | | 1
| tsp | Tabasco sauce | | 2
| tsp | Allspice | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Thyme |

Procedures:
| 1 | Trim fat from meat. | | 2 | Mix all other ingredients. | | 3 | Marinate meat in mixture 24 hours in fridge. | | 4 | Drain most of marinade. | | 5 | Saute meat with a little of marinate until brown and cooked. | | 6 | Serve with fluffy white rice |
