Jo's 2-cheese meatloaf

Ingredients:
2 lbsLean ground beef
1/4 cupHP Fruity Sauce
1 cupSaltine cracker crumbs
2 tbspWorcestershire sauce
1/4 cupKetchup
2 tbspPrepared mustard
1 tbspCelery salt
1 tbspOnion salt
1 tbspGarlic salt
2 Egg
1 cupOnion
1/2 cupGreen olive
1 tbspTarragon
1/4 cupParmesan cheese
2 cupMonterey Jack cheese
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2Mush first 14 ingredients together by hand until well mixed and put into a bread pan.
3Stick knife in three places so meatloaf cooks evenly.
4Bake for 30 minutes.
5Increase heat to 400f for 20 minutes.
6Remove from oven and drain juice from pan.
7Sprinkle all the monterey jack cheese evenly over the top of the meatloaf and return to oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese starts to bubble.
8Watch carefully so cheese doesn"t burn.
9The meatloaf will have shrunk enough so that the cheese melted over all sides gives a frosted effect.
