| small | Onion, diced (4 tbsp.) | | 1
| tbsp | Cream | | 1
| | Garlic clove, crushed | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Pepper | | 4
| tsp | Salsa Picante | | 4
| tsp | Jalapeno Nacho Slices | | | -- chopped | | 1/2
| cup | Shredded cheddar cheese |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix beef, onion, cream, garlic, salt and pepper and form into 8 thin patties. | | 2 | Top each of 4 patties with 1 tsp. salsa picante, 1 tsp. jalapeno nacho slices and 2 tbsp. cheese. | | 3 | Top with remaining 4 patties, press edges to seal in toppings. | | 4 | Grill over medium coals for 12 minutes. | | 5 | Turn once after 7 minutes. | | 6 | Serve on your favorite bun. | | 7 | Spread with or dip in extra salsa. | | 8 | This burger can stand alone or be eaten with lettuce and tomato. | | 9 | * cookfdn brings you this recipe with permission |
