Ingredients:
FOR BEEF AND POULTRY
1/2 cupVegetable oil
1/2 cupMalt vinegar
1/4 cupWater
2 tbspFresh parsley, chopped
3 Large garlic cloves, minced
1 tbspCayenne pepper
1 tbspSalt
1 1/2 tbspFresh oregano leaves, chpd.
1/2 tbspFreshly ground pepper
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients in a glass jar with tight fitting lid.
2Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours.
