Egg Nog - Katie's

Ingredients:
1 Eggs
1 1/2 Confectioner's Sugar
1 pintRye
1/3 pintRum
1/4 pintPeach Schnapps
2 quartMilk
1 quartHalf 'n Half
1 pintHeavy Cream
Procedures:
1Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon yellow, then beat in 1 cup confectioners sugar.
2Add slowly the rye, rum and peach liquer.
3Beat until smooth.
4Add the milk and half-and-half.
5Beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry, gradually adding ?cup of confectioners sugar.
6Fold the egg whites into the batter.
7Just before serving, whip the cream and fold it into the other ingredients.
8Garnish with ground nutmeg.
9Notes: Half-and-half is like a light cream, confectioner's sugar is also called powdered sugar or icing sugar.
