| | Confectioner's Sugar | | 1
| pint | Rye | | 1/3
| pint | Rum | | 1/4
| pint | Peach Schnapps | | 2
| quart | Milk | | 1
| quart | Half 'n Half | | 1
| pint | Heavy Cream |

Procedures:
| 1 | Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon yellow, then beat in 1 cup confectioners sugar. | | 2 | Add slowly the rye, rum and peach liquer. | | 3 | Beat until smooth. | | 4 | Add the milk and half-and-half. | | 5 | Beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry, gradually adding ?cup of confectioners sugar. | | 6 | Fold the egg whites into the batter. | | 7 | Just before serving, whip the cream and fold it into the other ingredients. | | 8 | Garnish with ground nutmeg. | | 9 | Notes: Half-and-half is like a light cream, confectioner's sugar is also called powdered sugar or icing sugar. | | 10 | Serve in: Highball Glass |
