Ingredients:

| | Red Wine | | 1/2
| | Madeira | | 5
| | cloves | | 2
| | cinnamon stick | | 10
| | Sugar | | | Raisins |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix wine and spices, and heat it under cover some minutes on low heat - DO NOT BOIL. | | 2 | Add sugar, lemon peel and stir. | | 3 | Keep on heat and covered for a few more minutes. | | 4 | Serve with raisins and almonds. | | 5 | (You have to throw the almonds in boiling water for maybe a minute, and peel of the brown 'coating'. | | 6 | They should be white for use with glogg. ). | | 7 | Serve in: Irish Coffee Cup |
