Ingredients:
1 quartLemon Sherbet
1 cupChoice Rum
1 Split of Champagne, iced
Procedures:
1In a chilled bowl, turn out the lemon sherbet.
2Slowly, mix the rum into it.
3Now quickly add the champagne which has been chilled, and serve in sherbet glasses.
4It should be of a mushy texture, to be drunk, not spooned.
