| | Lemon Supreme Cake Mix | | 1
| | Pineapple Instant Pudding | | 4
| | Eggs | | 2/3
| cup | Vegetable oil | | 10
| oz | 7-Up | | | ICING | | 1
| can | Crushed Pineapple, small | | 1/2
| cup | Margarine | | 1 1/2
| cup | Sugar | | 2
| tbsp | Flour | | 1
| can | Angel Flake Coconut | | 2
| | Eggs |

Procedures:
| 1 | Empty lemon supreme cake mix and instant pineapple pudding into a large mixing bowl. | | 2 | Add oil and eggs. | | 3 | Beat about 2 minutes. | | 4 | Add 7-up and mix until well blended. | | 5 | Pour into a sheet cake pan that has been greased and floured. | | 6 | Bake 35-40 minutes or until done in a preheated 350°F oven. | | 7 | While still hot spread with icing. | | 8 | Cook margarine, sugar, pineapple, flour and eggs until thick. | | 9 | Add coconut and blend well. | | 10 | Spread over cake while both are still warm |
