Ingredients:
MEATBALLS INGREDIENTS
2 lbsGround beef
3/4 cupParmesan cheese
1 cupBread crumbs
3 Eggs
2 medCloves garlic, chopped
1 tspParsley
SPAGHETTI SAUCE #1 INGREDIEN
1 Garlic clove, minced
1/4 Onion, chopped
1 canTomato paste
1 canTomato soup
1/2 tspSalt
Pepper
1 tspSugar
SPAGHETTI SAUCE #2 - SPICEY
2 canTomato paste, plus
-2 cans water
1 canGiant can tomato juice
2 cupTomato sauce & bits
1 largeCan tomato sauce
3 Or 4 cloves garlic, diced
1/4 cupOlive oil
1 tspSalt
1/2 cupGrated parmesan cheese
1/2 cupGrated romano cheese
2 tspAllspice
2 tspGround cloves
4 tbspSugar
1 tspOregano
3 tbspWorchestershire sauce
Procedures:
1Meatballs directions: mix everything together and roll into small balls.
2If not soft, add hot water.
3Preheat a skillet with cooking oil and fry the meatballs until browned.
4Spaghetti sauce#1 directions: fry onion and garlic in cooking oil until brown.
5Combine tomato paste and tomato soup and add to onion and garlic.
6You may need to siphon off excess oil.
7Add 2 paste cans of water.
8Boil 15 minutes.
9Add your meatballs, then cook 1 to 1 ?hours.
10Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
11Do not overcook.
12Spaghetti sauce #2 - spicey directions: saute garlic in olive oil.
13All all the other ingredients.
14Cook 15 minutes.
15Add your favorite meatballs.
16Simmer 1 - 2 hours
